Your title and personal information should be prominent at the top of the page for easy reference and
organizational purposes.
Be sure to include your chapter in your personal information.  We have decided the easiest and most diplomatic
way of formatting the stories is to alphabetize, first by organization name, then by chapter and finally, should we
receive more than one story from a chapter, by last name.  Phone numbers and physical addresses are not
necessary, but you may include them if you would like.  Really, the only thing it will get you is a snail mail letter
containing the official release date and purchase information.
Either indent the first line of each paragraph or double space between.  Don't worry about setting the tabs - we
will do that in the final layout stage - just make sure that they are there.
Please embed your story in the body of an email, just in case something strange occurs with the attachment.  As
for attachments, MS Word documents or text files are best on this end.
We would also like to encourage illustrations with your story submissions.  All illustrations should be in black and
white, or easily converted to.  This helps keep the cost of the book as low as possible.  Photos of the people
mentioned in the story would be preferred but if you are an artist and would like to submit a drawing of your sorority
flower or mascot, that would be welcomed as well.  Keep in mind that all illustrations will need to fit within the margins
of a 6x9 page (preferably 4.5x7.5 at the largest).
